Failed to read emails, email files or html files with error
When importing or processing *.htm, *.html, *.msg or *.eml files from a watched folder or when processing emails with the option to "Process the email body like a document" is selected in a job that has email as a source configured, you may see an error describing a OperationTimeOut and that the file is unsupported. The error may present something like the warning below.

This can be caused by 1 of 3 issues:
- Umango requires the Chrome browser engine to be installed on the Umango server as it is used to render the emails into image formats.
- The Umango Windows service logon account must have Chrome application execution privileges. Typically the default logon account (Local System) does not have these permissions and the process will fail.
- Some email servers block too many simultaneous connections or accessing too many emails within a give window of time. Check with your email server administrator to see if this is a possible cause
There has also been numerous occasions where changes to Windows via Windows update have necessitated an update to Umango to resolve this issue. As a consequence, ensure you are running the latest release of Umango.
Once these issues have been addressed, restart the Umango service and try again.
