Install Error: Setup did not finish as expected

When upgrading Umango to a different target architecture (ie. moving from 32bit to 64bit or from 64bit to 32bit) you may experience an error on installing the new version. The error states;

"There is a problem with the Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor."

To resolve this, complete the following;

1. Open a command prompt with elevated privileges (right-click and Run as Administrator)
2. At the prompt, run the following command
3.     sc delete ABBYY.Licensing.FineReaderEngine.Windows.10.0
4. Restart the Umango install process
