Umango 23 Prerequisites and Offline Installation
The process of installing or upgrading Umango is basically the same for disconnected servers as it is for connected severs, with the exception of downloading/installing prerequisite applications and the activation of your Umango license.
Prerequisites
Umango 23 checks that any required software (prerequisites) are installed prior to installing Umango. If a prerequisite is found to be required, the Umango installer will download and install the software before proceeding. In disconnected environments the, Umango installer is unable to download the software so this needs to be done manually before starting the Umango installation process. The prerequisites to check and ensure are installed (along with their download links) are:
License Activation
Activating Umango offline is quite straightforward. Both Umango and the ABBYY engine require separate activation and the procedure to do this is covered in the knowledge article in the link below.
