There may be instances where the Umango embedded application for Xerox ConnectKey devices may display a 'Disconnect' error randomly during operation. This is an issue with the Xerox firmware and can be resolved by updating the device's firmware.
As at June 15th 2016 the issue had not been included in the standard update and will require a SPAR update. Please contact Xerox support and ask for the latest SPAR release for the device model you are running.
Download and install this update and the problem should no longer occur. If you continue to experience difficulty then please contact Umango support.
